the room i got needed some serious cleaning i noticed dirty walls among other things also i was pretty bummed about the terrace i couldn't even sit out there to catch some sun until april i mean i get not using the pool but the terrace too that's just a bit much isn't it

the location was very convenient, close to the metro. i also found it easy to reach the beach plus the barrio gotico. my room was cleaned every day, which i appreciated. the hotel had a terrace with a small pool and a bar.

The air conditioning did not work well in my room. i had to repeatedly ask the reception to turn it back on. the garden view from my patio was not pleasant. It was quite dirty. i could not really use that space at all.

the location was very good for seeing things. it was easy to walk to many attractions. i found the staff were nice and cute to guests. they helped me call a taxi when i needed one.

the air conditioning did not work very well , even when set low. i was not offered a fan or a different room to help with the heat. this. i noticed baby ants in the room after unpacking , which was concerning.

the air con didn't work right and the room remained stifling. i did tell the reception, but maintenance already left for the day so nothing really improved. not even a fan they offered me. guess i should be glad i wasnt expecting much anyway.
