dirty walls limited terrace
the room i got needed some serious cleaning i noticed dirty walls among other things also i was pretty bummed about the terrace i couldn't even sit out there to catch some sun until april i mean i get not using the pool but the terrace too that's just a bit much isn't it

convenient location metro proximity efficient service pool terrace bar service faulty air conditioning poor condition unpleasant view limited garden
the location was very convenient, close to the metro. i also found it easy to reach the beach plus the barrio gotico. my room was cleaned every day, which i appreciated. the hotel had a terrace with a small pool and a bar.
The air conditioning did not work well in my room. i had to repeatedly ask the reception to turn it back on. the garden view from my patio was not pleasant. It was quite dirty. i could not really use that space at all.

the location is perfect. it allows easy access to many central areas. the staff were wonderful and very helpful. the coffee shop and bar area were very enjoyable. i enjoyed my stay.
the bathroom could have been cleaner.

the hotel is centrally located for easy access to different parts of the city. a short walk takes you to the beach and las ramblas. it is very easy to find.

location, location, but not much else
faulty air con no fan
the air con didn't work right and the room remained stifling. i did tell the reception, but maintenance already left for the day so nothing really improved. not even a fan they offered me. guess i should be glad i wasnt expecting much anyway.

The location proved excellent. I walked easily to many attractions. The rooftop bar and pool area offered a good spot to relax. The hotel provided comfortable beds, which ensured restful nights after long days.
The window overlooked an internal space, restricting the view.

The hotel breakfast offered a good spread. I found sufficient choices. Javier, working at the bar, was quite helpful. He provided excellent hospitality.

The reception staff were always available. Alex, from the front desk, gave amazing service! The Filipina receptionist also offered great help. I observed that staff members efficiently addressed guest inquiries.
